Welcome
I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Steward Observatory, University of Arizona, where I also completed my PhD under the supervision of Prof. George Rieke. My research focuses on how supermassive black holes (SMBHs) form and grow across cosmic time, and how black hole accretion influences the evolution of their host galaxies and contributes to galaxy quenching. More specifically, I combine observations and modeling to investigate the emergence and evolution of SMBH–galaxy co-evolution from the early Universe to the present day. I also study the role of AGN-driven outflows in regulating or removing cool gas in post-starburst galaxies.
I am the member of JWST Advanced Deep Extragalactic Survey(JADES), the largest program in JWST Cycle 1 combining the GTO observations of NIRCam, NIRSpec, and MIRI-US team in the GOODS-S and GOODS-N field. I am also contributing to the Systematic Mid-Infrared Instrument (MIRI) Legacy Extragalactic Survey (SMILES), a GTO program observing eight-band MIRI imaging with medium-resolution NIRSpec spectroscopy in the GOODS-S/HUDF field.
